Diesel Technician (ASE Certified) - Performance & Repair Shop at T&A Performance LLC

T&A Performance LLC is seeking a skilled technician to join our ASE-certified team. Since 2006, our philosophy has been to "do the job right the first time" and treat every vehicle as if it were our own. You will perform high-quality maintenance, complex diesel repairs, and performance upgrades on light and medium-duty trucks. Key Responsibilities - Diagnostic & Repair: Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostic tests to identify worn or damaged parts in fuel systems, electrical systems, and drive trains. Maintenance: Complete preventive maintenance, including oil changes, battery service, and transmission flushes. - Performance Upgrades: Install aftermarket products, lift kits, air ride systems, and performance injectors. - Specialized Repairs: Overhaul and replace major assemblies such as brakes, steering, hydraulics, and fuel systems. - Quality Assurance: Verify performance through test drives and take full ownership of work quality to ensure customer safety. Required Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in light-duty diesel truck repair. Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing Ford Powerstroke, Duramax, or Cummins engines. - Certifications: ASE Master Mechanic or Ford Factory certification is highly preferred. - Tools: Must possess a basic set of working hand tools. - General: Valid driver's license, basic computer proficiency, and strong verbal communication skills.
