Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Technician I performs maintenance and repairs on class 8 equipmentResponsibilitiesPerform repairs on class 8 equipment within employee current skill level. Inspect equipment during the repair process to determine if additional repairs are necessaryEmployee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant Transport Services. Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesOwn the tools required to perform the position responsibilities of this level excluding those provided by the company Understand, communicate, read, and write the English language Ability to Lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and 95 lbs. on a frequent basis to mount tiresEducation/ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent   Valid driver’s license required Competitive CompensationWe believe in rewarding excellence.
