Jaime's Truck Repair is an auto repair facility specializing in diesel engine diagnostics, repair, and fleet maintenance. We are a high volume shop that services across the Chicagoland area. With over 20 years of experience our company thrives on long lasting relationships with our clients and staff. Efficiency and ethical practices have allowed us to keep growing and expanding. We are currently expanding our business and are opening up a couple different positions.

Position Overview

We are actively hiring skilled Diesel Mechanics / Diesel Technicians with hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty diesel trucks. Work will be located in different Chicagoland locations along with some work repair at our shop. Opportunity to travel out of state for repair work.

Minimum Qualifications:

Shop Efficiency & Collaboration

Semi-Tractor maintenance and repair and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and heavy-duty truck components.

Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues independently.

Own a basic set of tools required for daily mechanical work.

Familiarity with OEM diagnostic software and scan tools.

Computer proficiency to diagnose and submit proper documentation. For accurate and detailed work performed, including service records, parts used, and labor hours.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 Am-5pm, Saturday 8 am -2pm, Fulltime.

Pay starting at $25/based on experience with room to grow.
