Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription of the role:Mountain Ridge Health & Rehab is looking for a Dietary Cook to join our team in Black Mountain, NC. The Dietary Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the dietary requirements of our patients and residents.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook meals in accordance with dietary guidelinesEnsure meals are served at the appropriate temperatures and are visually appealingClean and maintain work area according to sanitation standardsRequirements:Previous experience as a cook or dietary aide preferredKnowledge of food safety regulationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCompensation:$15.44 - $18.93 per hourBenefits:Health insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time offAbout Mountain Ridge Health & Rehab:Mountain Ridge Health & Rehab is a leading healthcare provider in Black Mountain, NC, specializing in rehabilitation and long-term care services for our residents. The right candidate will have experience as a Cook and have the ability to organize and multi-task.
