Our mission is to obtain the best staff and utilize state of the art, evidence-based treatment protocols, resulting in the best outcomes for our patients.The Cook’s responsibilities include some of the following:· Ensures meals are ready at a specified time.· Follows types and quantities of meats, vegetables and soups prepared by reviewing planned menus.· Ability to follow therapeutic diet menus, recipes and instruct cooks helpers on the same.· Monitor and adjust heat controls, as necessary.
