Join our team many rewards await you!Starting Salary Range: $19.03 to 21.03 per hour depending on experience.Position Purpose:The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in preparing food, setting up meal trays, food carts and serving food and performing dishwashing and cleaning duties as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.Great Benefits Include:Generous paid time off (PLT).100% paid premium for employee health insurance plan. This is a 13K annual savings!HSA with $150/mo Employer contribution.Employer-sponsored 401(a) retirement plan.403(b) retirement plan.Plus, more!Starting Salary Range: $19.03 to 21.03 per hour depending on experienceSchedule:Part Time --- Evening Shift --- Including Every Other Weekend Rotation and Every Other Holiday Hours: 2:30pm - 8:00pmRequirements:Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Must be 18 years of age or older.Position PurposeThe primary purpose of this position is the responsibility of preparing and serving meals to residents, employees, and guests.Organizational ResponsibilitiesAdhere to St. Francis Health Services’ Mission and Core Values while performing company business.Maintain confidentiality of company and resident related information at all times.Serve on, participate in, and attend various committees of the care center as appointed by the Licensed Assisted Living Director.Ensure that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.Ensure menus are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.Review menus prior to preparation of food.Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.Follow and provide diet per physician’s order.Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc. and submit to the Supervisor.Coordinate dietary service with other departments as necessary.Assist in inventorying and storing incoming food, supplies, etc. as necessary.Obtain food supplies for next meal or day.Maintain cleanliness of work area (i.e. counters, stove, sinks).Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas as directed.Clear and clean tables, trays and carts as directed.Wash and sanitize utensils and dishes as directed and return to storage area.Sweep and mop floor as needed or directed.Carry out garage at the end of each meal as needed or directed.The job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
