To prepare, cook and serve food for patients and employees under sanitary conditions as directed in accordance with established policies and procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Handles, prepares and cooks meals following oral and written instructions, menu recipes with knowledge of kitchen operation equipment.Prepares and presents food in attractive and palatable manner.Serve food to employees, patients and community.Wash pots, pans, dishes and other cooking equipment used in food preparation.Clean and maintain the kitchen facility in a safe and sanitary manner including floors, walls, all equipment and utensils.Responsible for checking in and putting away orders.Keeps daily record of meals served and takes inventory of supplies and equipment.Keep daily records of Temperatures.Keep Dietary area clean and sanitary.Assist in washing and sterilizing of dishes and tableware.Additional InformationPosition Type: Full TimeBenefits:Excellent benefits packagePaid time off401k opportunitiesHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceNew state of the art facility opened February 2024Kimball Health Services is an EOE.Requirements:
