- Deliver Excellence: Set up and serve beautifully prepared meals with a smile, ensuring every resident's unique dietary needs and personal preferences are met.
- Build Relationships: Become a familiar, friendly face. Whether it's remembering a favorite drink or sharing a brief morning greeting, your presence provides the social connection our residents cherish.
- Ensure Comfort & Safety: Maintain a pristine, organized, and sanitized kitchen and dining environment, adhering to the highest safety standards because our residents deserve the best.
- Collaborate with Care: Work alongside our culinary and nursing teams to ensure a seamless, respectful, and joyful dining experience for every member of our community.
Who You Are
- A People Person: You possess a warm, empathetic demeanor and genuinely enjoy interacting with the older generation.
- A Service Professional: You take pride in your work and understand that "good enough" isn't enough when it comes to our residents' well-being.
- A Dedicated Team Player: You have strong communication skills and the physical stamina (ability to lift 50 lbs) to keep our community running smoothly.
- Prior food service experience is a plus, but a caring heart is our top requirement.
