You will work collaboratively with the team and clients to ensure the nutrition plans are implemented and departmental standards are maintained.Key Responsibilities:Provides nutrition assessment modified diet formulation self-management training and nutrition interventionComplies with all regulatory standards including federal state and accrediting agenciesAdheres to facility confidentiality HIPAA regulations and patient rights policies where applicableParticipates in facility-wide and departmental Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement ProgramsIdentifies weekly treatment goals and communicates individual client needs to treatment teamPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelors degree and Registered Dietitian in accordance with the Commission on Dietetic Registration requiredAdvanced Practitioner Certification and other advance practice preferredMinimum of two to three years of professional experience as a Registered DietitianLicensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable requiredExperience with computers and programs including Microsoft Office Suite required Apply to Compass Group today!
