Job Title: Dietitian Location: West Seneca NY Shifts Available: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Local Pay Rate: $2175 to $2287.50 weeklyPosition Overview:Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingDietitian for an exciting Travel or Local job in West Seneca NY.Key Responsibilities:Assess and monitor the nutritional status of each individual admitted to the facility.Develop plan and approve individualized diets and therapeutic menus.Consult with physicians and healthcare providers regarding nutritional needs and diet restrictions.Complete annual nutritional assessments and diagnoses using the Nutritional Care Process (NCP).Perform monthly weight reviews and EHR chart reviews (labs fluids etc.) documenting and updating diet orders as needed.Participate in the development of seasonal menus tailored to patient needs.Conduct meal observations to ensure quality and compliance.Provide nutrition care instructions to individuals and families.Assist with annual kitchen sanitation inspections and food-safety evaluations.Attend and contribute to interdisciplinary meetings (life plan residential habilitation nutrition department etc.).Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Dietetics Nutrition or a related field.Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.State licensure (if applicable to NY).Experience working in a clinical or long-term care environment preferred.Strong understanding of therapeutic diets nutrition assessment and MNT.Excellent communication documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.For more details contact ator Call / Text at.AboutNavitas Healthcare LLCcertified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
