Digital Account ManagerJob ID2025-13064# of Openings1Job LocationsRemote - U.S.CategorySalesOverviewThe Digital Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and customer success within an assigned territory by owning and managing direct customer relationships and strategically engaging with key partners. This position combines full-cycle direct sales accountability with joint go-to-market execution to expand market coverage, accelerate deal cycles, and increase market share.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage a defined territory of existing and prospective customers to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.Develop a territory business plan that identifies key accounts, growth opportunities, and partner collaboration strategies.Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders at multiple levelsLead end-to-end sales cycles, from qualification and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.Collaborate with marketing, presales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and post-sale success.Drive joint business planning and pipeline development with channel, reseller, and system integrator partners.Enable and coach partners on company's solutions, positioning, and value propositions.Execute co-selling motions with partners on target accounts and opportunitiesMentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team.Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and territory reporting to leadership.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience as a territory sales manager at a SaaS companyMicrosoft Windows and Office proficientStrong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skillsStrong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with all levels of employees in other areasStrong Microsoft Excel skillsStrong leadership, sound judgement, and business acumen skillsStrong facilitation and project management skillStrong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of departmentStrong data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skillsStrong critical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutionsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversightAble to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentStrong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to influence, motivate and mobilize team members and business partnersStrong ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologiesStrong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tactStrong ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensusAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members in a timely mannerStrong knowledge of systems administrationStrong knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and productsUp to 50% travel time requiredBased on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $65,000-$95,000 and eligible for benefitsWhat you can expect nextHyland Recruiters thoroughly review every application and will contact you within 1 to 2 weeks regarding next steps.
