Learn more about our brands.Were Looking For A(n): Digital Acquisition Marketing SpecialistLocation: Remote (Woodland Hills CA)What Youll Be Doing:The Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing Golden Hippos campaigns and ad creatives on multiple platforms including but not limited to: Taboola Outbrain Meta Google Ads and others. This role will be involved in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish including creating ads testing for performance determining budgets launching and overseeing campaigns. This role will also be responsible for A/B testing on landing pages funnel creation & optimizations to drive performance on the front-end.Set-up manage analyze and optimize paid media campaigns and budgets on a daily weekly and monthly basis in order to hit strict CPA and CAC goals while maintaining or growing spend without sacrificing ROAS.Regularly ideate implement and measure results of A/B testing for ad creatives (video and display) and landing pages in order to optimize for brand KPIs.Create online sales funnels in Salesforce CRM through record creation and management and keep funnels up to date with new wins.Maintain active relationships with network representatives to be at the forefront of upcoming changes trends tactics and tools in order to effectively navigate our campaigns through these updates.Collaborate with multiple departments to drive marketing projects from idea to completion and then through testing/optimization.Regularly analyze and provide improvements for the customer experience throughout the sales funnel from day one acquisition to 90 day customer retention.Perform audits of web analytics implementations and make recommendations to ensure accurate tracking is in place.Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you dont tick ALL of these boxes.):Experience scaling and maintaining ad campaigns while hitting key performance metrics & goalsAble to interpret test results to make data-driven decisions.Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize prioritize and structure workloadStrong mathematical and analytical skills.Proficiency in Spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets)Comfortable with basic image editing softwaresCreative thinker who can take constructive feedbackStrong interpersonal verbal and written skillsSelf-motivated and a team playerPassion for pet healthRequired Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Education: Bachelors Degree in MarketingRequired Experience:1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing preferably within Digital Acquisition/ Performance Marketing.Experience optimizing sales funnels via A/B testing.Experience scaling and maintaining ad campaigns while hitting Key Performance Metrics & goals.Preferred Experience:3-5 years of Digital Acquisition/ Performance MarketingDirect-to-Consumer experienceExperience optimizing/strategizing video ad creativesGolden Perks & Benefits:Comprehensive healthcare coverage We cover 100% of premiums for medical dental and vision plans for employee-only plans.Through our charity sponsorships you can make a positive impact on communities worldwide. The base salary range is $68400-$91300 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on Californias cost of labor analysis.
