DescriptionDigital Media Client SpecialistWESH 2/CW18 the Hearst-Owned NBC affiliate in Orlando FL is looking for a Digital Media Client Specialist. You will work with the Sales Account Executives and their clients to ensure successful digital and web advertising campaigns. Were looking for candidates who can provide customer service to our clients and sales representatives. Youll process online and mobile advertising contracts obtaining creative materials and overseeing successful digital campaign execution. You need to prioritize projects and manage your time. This is a great opportunity in a growing segment of our organization. You will report to the Director of Sales.ResponsibilitiesManage digital sales campaignsBuild organize and schedule advertising creativeCommunicate with our teams (sales production finance) and external clients on performance and delivery of commitmentsProvide troubleshooting assistance for creative and operations-related issues for all campaignsPrepare strategic PowerPoint proposals based on customer needsCollaborate with the creative team to design and develop concepts for digital campaignsRequirementsOnline advertising trafficking sales coordinator/planner or related experienceExperience with web technologies (HTML 5 Flash JavaScript)Working knowledge of DFP and Google AnalyticsAdvanced Microsoft PowerPoint Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Experience with programmatic advertisingDesire to provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectationsRelated military experience will be consideredIn-person attendance is requiredDiversity StatementAt Hearst Television we tell stories every day.
