Design and implement Lease Accounting (or Risk Management) processes within Oracle Financials Cloud.Skilled relationship builders our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery work plan management analytics reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. We see whats possible in you and help you achieve it.Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management (or Lease Accounting) working closely with senior team members to ensure successful deliveryAssist in requirements gathering documentation testing and deployment activities.Develop functional setups run data loads and support integration testing.Work with clients to resolve issues troubleshoot system behavior and provide end-user support.Prepare reports dashboards and training materials to support client adoption.Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical/functional expertise.Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experienceHands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management (or Lease Accounting) working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery.2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements writing functional specifications conducting tests troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business usersAt lease 2 years of experience working with Oracle ERP Oracle E-Business Suite or other ERP/financial systemsSolid understanding of finance processes (general ledger payables receivables fixed assets cash management)Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management working closely with senior team members to ensure successful deliveryStrong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teamsEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervisionA desire and willingness to learn new tools techniques concepts and methodologiesStrong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindsetAptitude for and enjoyment of working in teamsOracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plusWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsThe estimated base salary range for this job is $105000 - $130000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $117600 - $153400. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
