Thanks for your interest in joining our team!Key statistics:1100 Team members950 Consultants640 Ph.D.s90 Disciplines30 Offices globallyOur OpportunityExponent is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Oakland CA or Menlo Park CA to orchestrate lead-generation campaign strategies in multiple marketing channels.You will be responsible forLearning Exponents complex scientific and engineering consulting businessUnderstanding our client audiences and personasLeveraging different types of creative content for campaigns and experimenting with different types of campaigns that will increase client conversion ratesUsing marketing tech stack and optimizing tools including HubSpot SEMrush Deltek VantagePointManaging events in HubSpot including creating assets such as landing pages emails workflowsManaging lead nurture campaignsApplying innovative lead generation tacticsWriting compelling content for web email and social campaignsCreating internal and external corporate campaigns for topics related to Life at Exponent recruiting and brand messaging as well as business initiativesApplying account-based marketing tactics and automation workflows for specific targets and industriesOwning campaigns in LinkedIn and other digital channelsOptimizing our LinkedIn company page and using LinkedIn features to increase brand eminenceKeeping Exponent current when it comes digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to drive innovationSynthesizing and analyzing data from HubSpot CRM Google Analytics SEMrush LinkedIn and other applicationsCreating reports that evaluate the impact of marketing activities at both the strategy and campaign levelsPaid LinkedIn campaigns and Google AdsPartner with IT department to integrate marketing technology tools and companys CRMOptimizing Exponents brand in LLMs and increasing search in LLMsCoordinating with marketing tech account representatives and administering systemsImproving website search functionality using tools such as MeiliSearch or other semantic-based search to enhance user experience and content discoverability for clients on Implementing and optimizing SEO strategies to improve Exponents visibility and ranking on GoogleImplementing and optimizing search strategies for website and social channels and staying abreast of trends and changes in marketing landscapeYou will have the following skills and qualificationsBachelors degree in marketing business communication journalism English or related fieldAbility to write compelling content and use LLMs to optimize this contentStrong data analysis and data presentation skills6-8 years of marketing experienceExperience developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans and B2B programsProficiency and experience with building Power BI dashboardsAbility to plan carry out and provide support for projects with minimal supervisionProficiency in MS Office and PowerPointExcellent reporting and Excel skillsAbility to use HubSpot or other marketing software to build landing pages forms email campaigns nurture campaigns workflows and how to schedule social media; understanding of HubSpot properties for reporting purposesAbility to create UTM codes for reporting purposesExperience with paid campaigns in LinkedIn and GoogleExpert in G4 Google Tag Manager and Looker StudioProficiency in Drupal or WordPressProficiency in SEMRushExperience using multiple LLMs to increase productivity and optimize strategyUnderstanding of how LLMs work and ingest contentExperience with semantic based searchKnowledge of html is a plusLife @ ExponentTo learn more about life at Exponent and our impact please visit the following links: value and encourage diversity equity and inclusion across all facets of our firm.
