This role maintains communication with franchisees and supports all aspects of franchise retail store development. The specialist serves as a liaison between international franchisees the field team and Skechers USA Corporate office.WHAT YOULL DO:Communicate regularly with country support teams and franchise partnersSupport implementation of directives from field and corporate for select countriesDirect inquiries from international franchisees to appropriate Skechers corporate departmentsProvide POP inventory projections to corporate retail team based on franchise usage estimatesCoordinate franchisee itineraries for product conferencesCollect weekly new store opening updates and photosMonitor operational standards in target marketsProcess and track new store opening and monthly operational supply ordersProvide marketing artwork updates to franchise partnersCoordinate retail trainings for international partnersReview monthly franchise recap reports and address areas for improvementMaintain knowledge of Skechers retail policies procedures and standardsProvide feedback to franchise partners on store presentationTrack and analyze sales and KPI results summarizing trends and opportunitiesWHAT YOULL BRING:Strong communication organization and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyTeam-oriented with strong leadership skillsDetail-oriented with ability to meet deadlinesWillingness to travel as neededREQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree required; business degree preferredMinimum 2 years retail experience preferably in a corporate environmentKnowledge of retail principles business operations and retail managementExperience working with international business partnersProficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong knowledge of ExcelInDesign and Photoshop skills preferredFluency in a foreign language a plusThe pay range for this position is $71000-$76000/yr USD.About SkechersSkechers a global Fortune 500 company developsand markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear apparel and accessories.
