Job Description SummaryThe Digital Platforms Product Management Leader is a key member of the Product Management Team supporting the installed fleet and new unit designs. This role is responsible for the multi-generation product plan commercialization strategy and execution of global controls product offerings. Specific responsibilities include:Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesDevelop long term vision and set multi-generation strategy for product controls and software ecosystemBuild and execute a roadmap to create differentiation in product design & operationsAssess internal & external needs industry standards & regulations such as cybersecurity and define clear product requirementsOwn product leadership for sensors and analytics (including CMS SCADA)Set and maintain controls and software handbook fleet of recordLead cross-functionally including working across GE Vernova businesses to deliver vision including engineering development and supply chain transitionsLead ROI analysis assess investment options and manage investment deck prioritiesLead a global product management team with responsibility for culture execution and talent developmentQualifications/RequirementsBachelors Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering business or related discipline7 years of relevant engineering product management or commercial experience3 years of relevant leadership experienceEligibility RequirementsAbility and willingness to travel up to 25% when requiredDesired CharacteristicsDeep expertise in the Wind industryExperience in software data systems and analytics ranging from on premises to cloudStrong product management and/or commercial experienceDemonstrated ability to work with customers to deliver successful outcomesProven experience developing and launching new controls and software products that have transformed product performance reliability and operational executionStrategic thinker able to navigate complexity develop clear actions and drive impactExcellent leader effective coach and trusted mentorExcellent communicator able to communicate in clear concise manner with customers cross-functional teams and senior leadersDemonstrated ability to influence others drive change and align cross-functional teams to successPay TransparencyThe base pay range for this position is $153800 - $256200 USD Annual.The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set.
