The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background a product-oriented mindset and proven leadership experience in driving digital transformation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders engineering teams product managers and UX/UI specialists to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end digital product strategy development and implementation aligned with business objectives. Define product roadmaps feature prioritization and release planning to meet business needs and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design architecture and QA to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Conduct research analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories. Oversee product lifecycle management from concept and prototyping to release and post-deployment support. Ensure adherence to engineering best practices security standards scalability and reliability in product architecture. Facilitate sprint planning backlog refinement and agile ceremonies to maintain high team performance. Monitor key product performance metrics and drive continuous improvements. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance capability and competitiveness. Act as a technical advisor and mentor to development teams and junior engineers. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or related field. Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in digital product engineering roles. Proven experience leading large-scale digital product initiatives in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of modern web and mobile engineering frameworks APIs cloud platforms and DevOps practices. Expertise in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Strong technical leadership and cross-team collaboration experience. Proficient in project planning estimation and risk management. Excellent problem-solving analytical thinking and communication skills. Experience working with UI/UX teams and product managers to create user-focused digital solutions.
