Digital Product Manager (Torrance) at Robert Half

Robert Half's client is looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-level web applications in a highly structured corporate environment.The right candidate will have deep experience managing the full product lifecycle for web-based or mobile platforms, ideally in a .NET or Salesforce environment. Previous experience working with payment systems and within Fortune 500 companies is mandatory.Responsibilities:Own and drive delivery across Product and Operations teams for web-based or mobile applicationsTranslate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and technical specificationsManage the product development lifecycle from concept through launch, including post-launch analysis and iterationLead projects from scratch, creating scalable, enterprise-grade digital experiencesIntegrate Agent Console workflows and ensure alignment with support infrastructureWork within a .NET or Salesforce ecosystem to guide development teams and inform technical decisionsBuild features that incorporate complex payment processing systems, ensuring security and complianceCollaborate with UX/UI, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverablesMeasure product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights and KPIsRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience as a Digital/Product Manager with a focus on web applications or mobile applicationsDeep understanding of building and scaling web or mobile platforms in a structured enterprise environmentStrong familiarity with .NET or Salesforce as core product environmentsHands-on experience with payment platforms, including transaction workflows and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI)Must have experience working in Fortune 500 organizationsExpertise in Agent Console or equivalent operational workflow platformsStrong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholdersExperience creating technical documentation and managing backlogs in Agile/Scrum environmentsNice to Have:Experience with user behavior analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or AmplitudeFamiliarity with enterprise CMS or e-commerce platformsKnowledge of accessibility and web performance best practicesLocation: Torrance, CA (Onsite 4 days a week).
