Digital Product Manager at Ohm Systems

Manager Notes: This position is fully remote and typically works their own timezone (Flexiblity is key) Degree preferred not required for this role Portfolios will be required as attachments when submitting candidates; HM is looking for design work or projects that show UX UI and potentially design systems skills Minimum 5 years experience; candidates must have experience with technical product design/web design (UX/UI) Top skills include the following: Fundamental UX/UI experience/visual design experience Systems design knowledge Figma (documentation building components) Desired soft skills: Systems thinker Technically adept Detail-oriented Organized Good communication skills (written and verbal) Not shy asking for help Candidates who have directly worked on designing systems in the past (UX design strategy) will stand out in this role The main focus of this role will be to help support templates components and documentation for Nike to build better communications ETW will work closely with 4 total designers a handful of marketing communications partners and sometimes product partners 2 rounds of interviews likely; will run through a case study or their website Summary Creates evaluates and modifies prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development. May develop user profiles with emphasis on human error control display issues visual interaction physical manipulation and task and objective analyses. Develops and applies software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems. Provides product usability evaluation and support to product development teams including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems including tactile methods visual graphics web multimedia voice response and conversational user interaction. May assist in developing design concept and implementation providing input on user design considerations. May produce specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for product in development.
