Salary: $145000 Annual Job Description: Team Size Small developer team working on a mature 10 year-old ServiceNow instance with some customizations. Core Requirements & Experience: Strong ServiceNow Development Skills: Hands-on coding (JavaScript) and configuration experience with ITSM and ITOM. Business Analysis development and implementation with the business. There is no separate BA team. 8 years in IT/development with substantial ServiceNow experience. Ideal Candidate: Experience in heavy manufacturing automotive or large global/corporate hybrid companies is highly desirable. Experience with newer ServiceNow capabilities like workflow automation AI (Now Assist) Virtual Agents and self-service is a significant advantage. Red Flags: Exclusively Contract/Consulting Background: Candidates who have only been contractors/consultants are not preferred.
