This role requires a leader who can translate business needs into scalable technical strategies while ensuring system reliability modern architecture practices and seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of digital technology solutions across web cloud mobile and integration platforms. Define technical architecture system design development standards and best practices. Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and actively participate in hands-on development when needed. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve performance scalability and user experience. Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of digital projects including requirement analysis technical design implementation testing and deployment. Collaborate with product managers business analysts and stakeholders to translate business priorities into technical strategies. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide teams in resolving production problems efficiently. Ensure digital solutions adhere to security compliance and operational guidelines. Manage code reviews quality checks and optimization of engineering workflows. Support continuous improvement initiatives automation efforts and system modernization strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications 12 years of experience in digital technology engineering software development or solution architecture. Strong background in modern technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) microservices API development CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker Kubernetes). Proven expertise in at least one major programming language (such as Java Python C# JavaScript/TypeScript). Hands-on experience with web and mobile application development digital platforms or enterprise integration frameworks. Deep understanding of digital architecture patterns system design principles and scalable solution development. Strong knowledge of security practices data privacy standards and secure application design. Excellent leadership skills with prior experience mentoring or guiding technical teams. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams communicate technical concepts clearly and make sound architectural decisions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading engineering efforts in fast-paced project cycles. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
