OverviewThe objective of the Director is to manage and grow the financial service area focused on providing a comprehensive suite of information technology services to clients in the finance industry. The Director will achieve this through leveraging a nationwide sales team from All Covered and its parent company, Konica Minolta Business Solutions (KMBS). ResponsibilitiesArea DevelopmentParticipate in development of "Go-To Market" strategyAssist with evaluation and development of new solutions and offeringsAssist with development of best practicesAssist with development of training content & curriculumsIdentifying key associations and industry events with an underlying ROIParticipate in regular marketing meetings to create or improve collateral and messagingConstantly evaluating our ideal client profileStrategic vendor managementSales LeadershipSubject matter expert in finance applications, technology trends, other factors affecting finance clients (regulatory, compliance, etc.).Training of Finance Information Technology Services Consultants (ITSCs)Sales forecastingSales reporting for finance industry pipeline, activity, winsBusiness and Financial ManagementProfit and Loss ResponsibilityBusiness PlanningFinancial Planning and Reporting Service DeliveryPartner with Service Delivery Leadership to evolve and optimize delivery modelPartner with Service Delivery Leadership to ensure proper staffing and skillsInternal/External Contacts:Daily interaction with a variety of clients, prospects and ITSCs from All Covered and Konica Minolta.When appropriate, leverage internal expertise and experience across All Covered and Konica Minolta Business Solutions to expand the financial area.The Director collaborates with the Service Delivery team(s) to ensure support expectations are met.
