Individuals seeking employment with Cross Paths must be able to work with teenage youth ages 6-15Our youth need consistency, nurturing, structure and positive adult role models. Appropriate professional boundaries with youth, staff and outside agencies are required. Individuals must be able to implement team goals and objectives as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service.
