Strong observation skills and attention to detail.DIVISION: Congregate Care Program PersonnelSUPERVISOR: Direct Care SupervisorSUPERVISEES: NoneJOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:Responsible for daily care, support and supervision of youth. Responsible for feeding, providing transportation, performing minor maintenance tasks, and supervising youth in completing tasks, including chores, homework, and other personal responsibilities. Responsible for reporting crucial information, completing incident reports and other documentation, and evaluating the youth's performance.Performs other duties as directed by the Direct Care Supervisor, Director of Congregate Care and Executive Director/Administrator.
