Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Direct Care Supervisor to oversee a Residential Home with Direct Care Staff for the Gibsonia PA location.Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for over 100 years by helping individuals and families with lifes changing needs. If you have a strong desire to help others and serve the community this is the right opportunity for you.Position Summary:The Direct Care Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and handling of day to day operations of the Residential Community Living home.The Supervisor or Program Manager is responsible for:the direct supervision of community home staffscheduling training staff performance reviewsoversight of care provided to the individuals who have special needsassist with caregiving dutiesdocumentation such as fire drills client progress notes medication administration etc.The goal is to improve the quality of life for each person by assisting them to live as independently as possible in their home and community.Direct Care Supervisor positions are Full-time 40 hours per week and work the Daylight shift of 7 am to 3 pm. On Call duties are required.QUALIFICATIONS:Required:High School Diploma / GED and three (3) years experience working in a human service direct care caregiver TSS Home Health Aide C.N.A.
