Direct Sales Agent Lead Specialist

The Direct Sales Agent Lead Specialist is responsible for leading, coaching and developing a retail store's team members to attain sales goals in the assigned store, emphasizing customer satisfaction and profitable growth. In addition to growing and retaining the current customer base by implementing new business and marketing strategies, this role also coordinates the activities of store staff in the areas of sales reporting, sales administration, and workforce scheduling.
The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business.
This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, while driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts.

As a Direct Sales Agent Specialist, you will:
- Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
- Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
- Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
- Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
- Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations

Minimum Qualifications:
- 0 2 years of experience
- P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Compensation
Base compensation: $20.00 per hourTotal Compensation: In addition to the base hourly rate, total compensation for this role may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
