DescriptionMDU Direct Sales RepresentativeLocation: Seattle greater market territory Opportunity to earn up to $90,000 annually, unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions!Opportunity to earn a targeted compensation up to $85,000 to $90,000 at full attrition with a $32,000 base salary! Astound is currently searching for a MDU Direct Sales Representative in the Seattle, WA greater territory! Our MDU Direct Sales Representatives are responsible for promoting and selling our Astound Services; Data, Phone, and Video, throughout a specific market via door-to-door sales and events to prospective residential customers. This is a face-to-face and door-to-door position; It's not easy for everyone, however, the base salary and uncapped commission compensation is designed for excellent earnings potential! Where you will work:This is a dynamic opportunity to represent our multifamily sales initiatives. The sales representative will build relationships with community organizations, condo associations and property management groups of apartment buildings with 50+ units within our serviceable footprint. This individual may be based in the field, with the ability to travel into the nearest office as needed A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative, Multi-Family:Cultivate individual sales through relationship building and maintaining a bi-weekly sales quotaObtain new customers in a multifamily residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sourcesAggressively pursue any leads provided dailyUnderstand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolioDistribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, build Astound brand awarenessManage new building on-boarding process to drive subscriptions and drive penetration. Update CRM with relevant information on a daily basisReview and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligationsUnderstand customer needs and articulate solutionsCreate, plan and execute regular multifamily property resident eventsAttend mandatory sales meetingsReport sales statistics accurately and promptly to managementStay up to date with what the competition is doing in your marketWhat You Bring to the Table:Ability to work in a fast paced challenging environmentEnjoys working outdoors "on the hunt" since 90% of all work is in the fieldExcellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skillsYou have a positive, creative and persuasive personalityMust be a motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomouslyMust be detail oriented and has highly developed organizational and time management skillsYou are sales-quota drivenThis is a face-to-face and door-to-door position. It is specific to WA and may not be applicable to other locations.Commissions at plan: Uncapped commissions with targeted commissions at full attainment could be up to or over $56,000 annually.
