$17.00-$19.00/hr Full-Time AM Shift Available

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be a trusted support and advocate for individuals in our care by:

• Following daily routines and Individual Program Plans (IPP)
• Helping individuals reach personal goals and build independence
• Assisting with personal care (hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Preparing meals and keeping living spaces clean and safe
• Supporting fun social, recreational, and community activities
• Providing transportation using company vans
• Communicating clearly with supervisors and reporting incidents as needed

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid California Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors & outdoors

Preferred (or willing to obtain):

• DSP Certificate (Year 1 & 2) + CPI (within 6 months)
• First Aid/CPR (within 30 days)
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs
