Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Duluth, MN.
As a DSP, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live independently and maintain a high quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Personal care and housekeeping services
- Assist the residents in developing or executing independent living skills
- Provide written and/or electronic communication
- Accompany residents to appointments, via van transport, when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals.
- A demonstrated customer-service approach to work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the resident and provider. Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English in order to ensure accurate communication and documentation.
- Must pass a background check and meet other employment requirements.
