Your core responsibilities will include:Empowerment & Personal Care: Providing respectful hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene grooming and mealtime support.Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Serving as a compassionate partner providing positive behavioral support following person-centered support plans and assisting with de-escalation.Community & Integration: Being a bridge to the community. Youll support individuals with their goals from transportation to appointments and hobbies to helping them thrive in community-based jobs.Health & Wellness: Supporting health and wellness by administering medications assisting with mobility and preparing nutritious meals.What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)We believe in hiring for heart and training for skill.
