This role is ideal for candidates who like variety and change.Qualifications : What Makes You A Great Fit:Must have a least 2-4 years of prior experience working with individuals with disabilitiesPrior experience working with individuals with high behaviors and/or willing willingness to be trained is strongly preferredPerson-centered patient and kindDependable adaptable flexibleObservant and detail orientedPositive role-model for others and able to work on a teamCommitted to creating a respectful and collaborative environmentComputer skills for documentation18 years or olderSuccessful clearance of a criminal background check for licensing requirementGood communication is key in this role.
