Direct Support Professional

Redwood Family Care Network is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential home setting.

Pay Rates (Depending on Experience) • DSP: $21.00/hr
• DSP I: $23.00/hr
• DSP II: $24.00/hr
• RBT (with DSP II): $27.00-$29.00/hr
• RBT (without DSP certifications): $24.00/hr
• Support individuals with daily living skills such as hygiene, meals, and routines
• Encourage activities, learning, and community involvement
• Assist with personal care and household tasks
• Follow Individual Program Plans (IPP) and behavioral support plans
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive home environment
• Must be 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities
Certification Requirements • DSP I & DSP II within one year of employment
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within one year of employment
(Certification requirement waived if the candidate is already a Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) or Qualified Behavior Modification Professional (QBMP).)
Additional Requirements • Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• CPR / First Aid
• CPI Certification preferred
