Direct Support Professional at Omni Inventive Care

Omni Inventive Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) to work in residential and vocational settings for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include daily care for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, medication administration, and implementing and documenting strength based behavioral intervention strategies. Additionally, the DSP will run behavioral intervention strategies that are geared toward teaching prevocational, vocational, and habilitative skills and implement behavioral modification methods of behavior change.

Requirements:

*Absent valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief preventing COVID-19 vaccination, all applicants must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination by providing their Center for Disease Control vaccination card. Photographs, photocopies, or other reproductions are not acceptable.

*Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School Diploma required.

*Two years' experience preferred.

*Must successfully pass pre-employment physical and background checks.

*Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain adequate car insurance.

**Must have less than 6 points on your license.

**Must have reliable personal transportation.

**Cannot have had license suspended within the last 5 years. Please indicate any other driving violations that may affect your application.**
