PALS Inc. is an adult Day Program that provides professional services to individuals with intellectual or behavioral disabilities. With offices in Santa Barbara Ventura and Los Angeles counties we are committed to assisting individuals in achieving their goals and needs.We are actively seeking candidates to assist PALS program participants in the areas where assistance is needed. This depends purely on the requirements of each individual. The ideal candidate should be patient kind and whenever possible allow participants to complete the tasks independently. Our services include daily activities self-care community transportation interpersonal skills communication and work skills but not limited to such.
