Position Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)/Caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, reliable, and passionate about making a positive impact.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support based on individual service plans
  • Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meals, hygiene, etc.)
  • Support community engagement and life skills development
  • Promote independence, dignity, and personal choice
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment
  • Follow all policies related to health, safety, and abuse prevention

Pay
  • $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
