As a Direct Support Professional, you help individuals with developmental disabilities live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.

What Does a DSP Do?
As a Direct Support Professional, you help individuals with developmental disabilities live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.
You will:
- Support daily routines and activities
- Help with meals and light household tasks
- Assist with personal care (grooming, hygiene, dressing)
- Encourage social activities and community involvement
- Provide transportation to appointments or outings
- Be a positive role model and advocate
No Experience? No Problem.
We provide:
On-the-job training
Support to obtain DSP certifications
CPR/First Aid training
Ongoing coaching and development
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 21 years old
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to pass background screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
