Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Bakersfield, CA

Pay: $17.00-$18.00/hour (based on certifications)
Schedule: PM Shifts
Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting individuals with daily routines and life goals
Helping with personal care (grooming, hygiene, dressing)
Going on community outings, activities, and social events
Preparing meals and keeping the home safe and clean
Providing encouragement, structure, and positivity
Driving company vehicles when needed
Being an advocate and trusted support

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
DSP Year 1 & 2 / CPI certifications (or willing to get them!)
First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
21+ years old with a valid CA Driver's License
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to pass a background check
