As part of the DTC/P Advanced Analytics & AI team, you will be accountable to provide the data, systems and analytical tools to identify and resolve issues encountered by consumers/patients on their health journey through the provision of timely and informed personalized engagement.The ideal candidate will possess:A strong background in Data and Analytics and passion for driving innovation through foundational data-driven solutionsMultiple years of experience managing and influencing both Business and Digital stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to drive consensus, navigate competing priorities and secure buy-in for strategic initiativesAs the DTC/P Advanced Analytics & AI Product Owner you will lead the:Evolution of the DTC/P ecosystem; ensuring the platform and assets are activation ready to support all the Use Cases required by the BusinessInnovation of the DTC/P ecosystems ensuring the platform and assets are Future Fit ready, able to support AI mediated engagement throughout the customer journey lifecycleImpact assessment of key digital direct consumer/patient experience products and initiativesIn this role you will co-define product strategy with the business, plan the corresponding roadmap, drive product delivery and measure/optimize business impact.
