Through a data-focused approach Head of Product ensures each initiative on our product roadmap delivers a meaningful impact to our business and users. As Head of Product you will lead the functional areas of Product Management Product Analytics Product Marketing and Technical Business Analyst. You will work with the Engineering as well as business and operations stakeholders to support the organizations growth.Key job responsibilitiesSet the product strategy and vision for a portfolio of products.Propose and drive bold new innovations that enable great new project manager/customer/Vendor experiences.Own the 6/12/24 month roadmap driving prioritization and trade-off decisions within and outside of the team - Represent product with Senior Leadership and other prioritization stakeholders.Provide thought leadership strategic insight and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the rest of the organization on your products strategy and roadmap.Track progress assess risks coordinate delivery and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans for the team.Guide the prioritization of initiatives as the team scales.Lead and grow a team of amazing Product Managers helping them do the best work of their careers.Help drive the Product Management practice and culture both in how we work and the design of the organization.Lead and define the UX strategy and function.Lead and own Product Marketing Strategy and implementation plan. To include developing annual goals.Work cross-functionally with other teams such as Executives Operations Talent and Sales to make sure their objectives are met opinions are considered and plans communicated.Collect and analyze feedback from customers stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements features and end products.Build a world -class Product organization ensure you challenging and developing your team members to be high achievers and strong contributors throughout the organization.Basic QualificationsBachelors degree10 years of experience with demonstrated ability to launch product featuresExperience working directly with technical teams in an agile software development environmentDemonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executivesAbility to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences and influence outside technical teamsAbility to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced dynamic environmentAnalytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptionsStrong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence through writingAbility to work effectively across internal and external organizations and across time zonesBe humble willing to learn and do whatever is needed to help us accomplish our goals.Preferred QualificationsMBA preferred8 years of product development experience in e-commerceStrong product management skills: proven track record of launching complicated product features by collaborating with cross-functional teamsStrong business acumenStrong analyticsExtreme curiosity and appetite for learning and growthAdditional Job Details:Required Experience:Director Key Skills Business Development,Marketing,Pricing,Analysis Skills,Research Experience,Project Management,Research & Development,Strategic Planning,Financial Modeling,Leadership Experience,Management Consulting,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
