Director Analyst - Procurement Analyst (Senior or Consultant)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Director Analyst - Procurement Analyst (Senior or Consultant) to join the Supplier Management organization. The selected candidate will collaborate to develop and oversee the operating rhythm and creation of executive level deliverables including process performance and optimization in support of Boeing Global Services Supplier responsibilities requiring the integration of disciplines from more than one supplier management and procurement job family and applies independent specialized technical expertise to support a wide range of business objectives. Works cross-functionally with internal and external customers and suppliers and all employee levels to carry out responsibilities in Dallas TX.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Senior and Consultant Level.Position Responsibilities:Leads the development and improvement of the operating rhythm of the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain assigned organization and oversees the associated data of that teamManages and tracks actions and deliverables for Directors organization coordinating with the respective focals as necessaryPartners with organization leaders on long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiativesReviews and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies implementation recommendationsAnalyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g. budget information workforce levels training requirements and equipment/facility needs)Develops executive level briefings Leads the development and maintenance of the project schedule and budget; monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates statusMonitor manage and provide status/report outs as requested in support of the above including coordinating all stakeholders (e.g. business units integration legal etc.)Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirementsCollaborates with subject matter experts suppliers partners and customers to deploy broad organizational trainingBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent Supplier Program Manager Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager or Supply Base ManagerStrong analytic problem solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience leading key process quality and continuous improvement initiativesExperience and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):7 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelors Degree or higher (in Business Supply Chain Management Program Management or related field)Typical Education/Experience:Senior (Level 4)Typically 10 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.Consultant (Level 5)Typically 15 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience.
