The Artificial Intelligence Leader will serve as the program leader within Corporate IT responsible for defining Marmons AI vision developing governance frameworks and delivering scalable AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency decision-making and business innovation.This role will oversee the AI Delivery team and collaborate with Group IT leaders and operating companies to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with Marmons corporate objectives deliver measurable business value and adhere to our standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.WHAT YOULL DO:Strategic LeadershipDefine AI roadmap and ensure alignment with Marmons business priorities and digital transformation objectivesIdentify enterprise and cross-business AI opportunities prioritizing projects based on scalability ROI and complianceRepresent AI strategy and progress to executive leadership through quarterly updates and dashboardsGovernance & StandardsEstablish and manage the AI governance framework covering data privacy cybersecurity and ethical AI practicesOversee AI tool selection and vendor relationships across Microsoft OpenAI AWS Bedrock Aisera and other platformsImplement standardized project intake and review processesProgram Delivery & OperationsLead the AI delivery team including AI programmers data analyst product manager and QA engineerOversee design development testing and deployment of AI models and automation solutionsPartner with Group IT and operating companies to ensure seamless implementation and post-deployment supportPerformance ManagementDevelop and maintain metrics dashboards to track AI project intake cost savings ROI and adoption ratesReport quarterly to the CFO Chief Innovation Officer and VP Global IT on AI progress performance and financial impactContinuously improve delivery processes and knowledge sharing across Marmons AI communityTalent Development & EnablementRecruit mentor and develop AI talent within the Corporate IT teamBuild AI literacy and training programs to enable business users and IT professionalsFoster a culture of innovation collaboration and responsible AI adoption#LI-HybridWHAT YOULL BRING TO THE ROLE:Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related technical field12 years of experience in IT including at least 2 years leading AI data science or advanced analytics programsDemonstrated success deploying AI or ML initiatives with measurable ROI in a complex multi-business environmentStrong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure AWS) cybersecurity principles and data governance frameworksSuperb leadership communication and stakeholder management skills including experience reporting to executive leadershipWorking knowledge of prompt engineering LLMs automation frameworks and enterprise integrationsKey CompetenciesStrategic and analytical thinkingLeadership and people developmentCross-functional collaborationProgram management and execution excellenceInnovation mindset with strong business acumenPreferred QualificationsMasters degree or MBA preferredExperience in an industrial manufacturing organizationExperience working in a decentralized business environmentPay Range:180000.00 - 270000.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical dental vision 401k matching and more!Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
