Corporate Services Director – Fine Dining Michelin Restaurant Group$140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus  Join a Michelin-starred fine dining group as Corporate Services Director, overseeing service standards, training, finances, and people development. This role also supports licensee operations and offers the opportunity to shape guest experiences and organizational excellence.   CompanyWorld-renowned fine dining establishment celebrated for its artistic and innovative culinary approachEmphasizes sustainable practices, locally sourced ingredients, and delivering unmatched guest experiences Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401K (with company match)Flexible PTO + paid holidaysBonus eligibleStaff meals and dining discountsElectronic and phone monthly reimbursementYour Role with the Company:The Corporate Services Director is responsible for overseeing all service standards, including:        Provide hands-on leadership in the flagship restaurant, maintaining a strong floor presence to ensure service standards, guest experience, and operational excellence        Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance management of front-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration        Manage financial performance, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost controls to support profitability and long-term growth        Support new restaurant openings, guiding service training, systems, and standards to ensure seamless launches        Conduct regular visits to each property to evaluate service standards, reinforce training, and provide ongoing support to local leadership teams        Partner with licensees to maintain brand integrity, ensuring consistency in service, culture, and guest experience across all operations Qualifications:5+ years of FOH Management experience at a 2 or 3-starred Michelin establishmentProven leadership experience with strong floor presence and ability to set tone for service excellenceExceptional service and hospitality skills, with a background in training, mentoring, and developing high-performing teamsDemonstrated success overseeing service standards, financial performance, and people managementCharismatic and disciplined leader who earns respect quickly, inspires passion, and cultivates a culture of excellenceAbility to collaborate with licensees and partners to ensure consistent service standards and brand integrity  EOE – EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
