Director Of Business Data Products & Enablement (BDPE)

We are seeking a Director of Business Data Products & Enablement (BDPE) to lead the development and delivery of scalable, product-based data solutions across Deposits and Lending within Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB). This role is accountable for defining and executing a product-driven data strategy, transforming fragmented reporting and analytics into standardized, governed, and reusable data products that drive measurable business value. The Director will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring that data products are aligned to business priorities, built with high quality and governance, and adopted effectively to enable faster, more consistent decision-making.

Essential duties and responsibilities include managing significant advanced analytics projects, leading a team of Data and Analytics professionals, fostering communication and partnership across all levels of the organization, pursuing business outcomes valued through increased revenue and/or efficiency leveraging data-driven insights, providing strategic direction in data collection, data wrangling, data mining, advanced analytic concepts, AI & machine learning, self-service enablement and data visualization, driving overall team standards to create an inclusive and energizing environment, representing the team in various forums, work streams, and Executive reviews, and exercising sound judgment, risk management, and fostering a client centric culture throughout design, development, and deployment practices.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training or experience, 15 or more years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Engineering, 10 or more years of progressive data science or analytics management experience, ability to manage in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment, demonstrated ability to engage and manage a diverse set of internal business partners, product sets, and projects, innovative and strategic thinker with ability to connect to practical application, experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a collaborative environment, ability to maintain a high level of competency in statistical and analytical principles, tools, and techniques, and understanding of various database environments, technical programming skills, exposure to applied data science tools, familiarity with data visualization and BI tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
