Director, Communications Customer Innovations and Tech Strategy at Walmart

Position Summary...Walmart is a people-led tech-powered company and were searching for an experienced tech and product communicator who wants to be at the center of it. This role is a critical member of the team responsible for positioning Walmart as the leader of the next era of retail highlighting our use of emerging technologies like Agentic/GenAI/AI to power this transformation. As a leader within our communications team supporting both Walmart Global Tech and our AI Acceleration Product and Design organizations youll drive 360-degree communications strategies for customer innovations and enterprise technology strategy spanning executive internal external and digital channels. You will serve as a strategic counselor to partners while telling multi-faceted stories about how technology and product strategy is driving meaningful business impact. Youll partner with tech leadership to elevate reach and understanding of Walmart Global Tech and the future of retail for both internal and external audiences.
