Come join us!About the Team:AlphaSenses Content Operations Strategy and Enablement (COSE) team is responsible for establishing the strategy and infrastructure to drive sustainable and scalable growth for our Expert Calls and Compliance Operations organizations. We work closely with client-facing and cross-functional teams to drive impact across AlphaSenses Expert Insights team is organized into the following pillars:Enablement: supports our teams to do their best work through employee training communications and knowledge managementSystems Strategy: supercharges workflow by leveraging technology and collaborating with Vendor and Product teamsStrategy & Planning: steers the organization towards growth through quarterly / annual planning account strategy performance management and operational strategy initiativesCompliance Programs: leverages systems technology and data to support compliance teams and processesBusiness Operations & Strategy: identifies and executes top-line growth and bottom-line optimization initiativesAbout the Role:As the Director of Strategy & Planning you will report to the Senior Director of Content Operations Strategy & Enablement (COSE) and lead the Strategy & Planning team (Senior Manager Associate). You will manage the operational strategy and planning for our Expert Call Services Generated Content and Compliance Operations teams. You will also collaborate with our GTM teams on annual planning related to our call services business.You will own the Expert Insights Operating Model build and maintain capacity models support data-driven decision-making and run key planning cycles. You will be a strategic partner to Operations Leadership ensuring clear communication alignment and cross-functional execution across Operations GTM Enablement Ops Systems Product and Finance.This role is instrumental in driving productivity efficiency scalability and continuous improvement across a growing customer-facing organization. The ideal candidate is analytical self-driven collaborative and highly strategic.Who You Are:7 years of experience in consulting corporate strategy FP&A revenue operations strategic finance or a high-growth startup3 years managing teams including experience building and maintaining team roadmapsAdvanced Excel SQL proficiencyExperience with BI tools (Tableau Looker PBI)Strong ability to model capacity forecast performance and quantify impactQuick adaptive learner with strong operational acumen and a bias for actionApplies design thinking structured problem-solving and data-driven frameworks to create scalable systems and processesProven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple prioritiesExperienced in process design and documentation best practices; Lean Six Sigma familiarity a plusSkilled at simplifying complexity driving clarity and aligning teams through changeStrong communicator who influences at all levels and delivers executive-ready insightsPeople-focused leader who develops talent builds high-performing teams and leads through othersBalances strategic thinking with hands-on execution and operational excellenceCurious articulate and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced ambiguous environmentsWhat Youll Do:Forecasting & PlanningMaintain and build the annual plan including departmental output goals operational targets and staffing levelsOwn quarterly forecasting and goaling processesMonitor capacity and utilization to determine staffing needs and optimize resourcingLead go-to-market planning with Revenue Operations and FP&AAccount Strategy & PlanningEnsure teams operate at target staffing levels through capacity monitoring and strategic course correctionOwn the account segmentation frameworkLead account balancing and territory planning initiativesPerformance Management & Incentive StructuresSupport goal-setting across all roles and teamsEvaluate and calibrate KPIs to drive desired business outcomesDesign and administer role-based incentive plansBusiness Performance MeasurementWork with department leaders to establish and maintain OKRsBuild and maintain departmental reporting suite to understand performance to goal and quickly identify root causes of under of overperformanceTotal Cash Compensation Range: $195600 - $212400 (Base: $163000 - $% Bonus).AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer.
