ENSURES DISTRIBUTOR PARTNERS EXECUTE RBNA INITIATIVES (THIRD PARTY DISTRIBUTOR) Leads communication of RBNA annual sales strategies and quarterly/monthly initiatives to DPs leadership Communicates RBNA initiatives to DPM teamImplements systems to track and benchmark DPs against key initiatives/goalsCompletes market visits to evaluate in-store conditionsEstablishes and manages a clear set of KPIs for DPMs and DPs ENSURES DISTRIBUTOR PARTNERS EXECUTE RBNA INITIATIVES (RBDC) Aligns with RBDC Directors of Sales & Distribution (DSD) to align on annual sales strategies and quarterly/monthly initiativesCommunicates RBNA initiatives to the RBDC DSDParticipates in Monthly Planning & Review (MPR) meetings with DSD to align on performance gap closure monthly priorities and complete in market visits with DSDs and GSMsEnsures RBNA resources (POS Trade Funds Incentives) are allocated to RBDC BUSINESS PLANEstablishes annual Region Business Plan to with DPs & DPMs to achieve RBNA & DP success inclusive of all KPIs and investmentsEnsures RBNA investment in trade funds and point of sale are deployed across the Region to achieve the annual business planWorks with DPMs to influence 3rd Party DPs areas of focus organization requirements numeric distribution volume & share plan investments and execution KPIs Secures agreement on the annual Business Plan with 3rd Party DPs principals and ownersCommunicates Business Plan progress updates with DP ownership and principals and course corrects where necessary BUSINESS INTELLIGENCEMaintains a strong working knowledge of all Red Bull systems IRI CPM POS Workbench etc.)Maintains up to date knowledge of Key Account systemsProactively uses Business Intelligence to increase the performance of the DP network DISTRIBUTOR STRUCTURE & NETWORKDevelops short and long term plans to optimize DP Network within RegionDevelops best practices to share and implement within the DP networkWorks across other Business Units to benchmark performance and best practices COACH & DEVELOP TEAMManage coach and develop team of DPMs in RegionLead DPM training initiatives to develop both general and specific job skillsProvide individual coaching and development of team membersLead cross functional integration within RBNAWorks in a leadership role in the Region to ensure sales is integrated into marketing plans for the RegionCoordinates Key Account and marketing programs execution through a partnership with the Regional and National Key Accounts Team.Qualifications : Outstanding sales experience and track record in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage required) 10 yearsDistributor and Supplier experience requiredAbility to lead manage and motivate a team of direct reports 6 years of management experienceExperience working with or managing a DSD network on a regional scaleStrategic thinker with strong business acumenStrong communicator including presentation and training skillsExcellent negotiator and influencerComfortable with business analyticsClear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategiesStrong knowledge of consumer marketing principlesEntrepreneurial Bachelors Degree preferred MBA preferredMust be fluent in English additional language skills an advantageAdditional Information : This position is open to U.S. citizens U.S. permanent residents or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.The base salary range for this position is $124000 to $186000 cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
