We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader with a commitment to excellence in patient care, innovation, and education to lead our Maternal Fetal Medicine team.Responsibilities include:Leading and overseeing the Maternal Fetal Medicine division across our ambulatory practice sites and inpatient perinatal units, driving clinical excellence and innovative practicesCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and advancing the quality of careMentoring and developing the next generation of OB/Gyns – We have an ACGME accredited OB/Gyn residencyFostering a culture of continuous improvement, research, and education within the departmentRequirements include:Board Certification in Maternal Fetal MedicineA minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with a proven track record of leadership in a healthcare settingStrong commitment to patient-centered care and excellence in clinical practiceExceptional communication and team-building skillsWe offer a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package including Income Guarantee plus quality incentives, 403B with match, plus 457(b).
