The Enterprise Sales Directorwill focus on leading and maintaining accountability on prospecting selling and closing new accounts based on a jointly developed win strategy to long-term contract closure.The Main Course Responsibilities Develop and progress sales pipeline to achieve enterprise sales targetsDiscover client needs challenges and opportunities mapping those back to company solutions value and ROIDevelop and communicate win strategy and value model based on a deep understanding of client opportunities and Ziosk roadmapPartner with legal to lead on contract negotiationsLead the clients relationship during the sales campaign and establish appropriate relationship mapping between Ziosk and the client organization through various departments (marketing operations IT etc.)Represent Ziosk within the clients organization and represent the client as an advocate within the ZioskLead cross-functional internal and client teams to gain alignment around priorities KPIs and deliverables to drive and manage pilot and deployment successEarn respect as a trusted advisor on assigned account(s) and drive differentiated solution and ROI with customerMaximize combination of client satisfaction and profitability with Ziosk as a strategic partnerCreate referenceable accounts and relationship through the sales campaign and deployment processProvide internal feedback on market and competitive intelligenceWhat You Bring To The Table QualificationsMinimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales/sales management and/or new business development enterprise software provider preferred.Experience successfully selling solutions to complex organizations and decision-making criteriaRestaurant and/or Hospitality technology sales experience with contacts required.Consistent history of developing pipelines and exceeding targetsExperience creating impactful business cases attaching platform capabilities and value model to client strategiesExperienced understanding of guest or customer data profile CDP insights loyalty engagement and related to help leverage the Ziosk platform to drive the customers strategic objectivesClear effective and persuasive communicator in person on the phone and videoconferenceHighly skilled relationship builder capable of quickly earning trust and respect and maintaining over timeStrong technical business and strategic selling acumenMust be willing and able to travel nationally as required for client meetings tradeshows and eventsZioskis an Equal Opportunity employer offering competitive benefits and compensation.
