Your Mission Leading a facility that fronts sustainability and efficient operations. You'll cultivate a team culture upholding safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Ensure the plant’s maintenance strategies align with operational goals.Mentor and develop a large team of maintenance professionals.Manage comprehensive budgets and track KPIs effectively.Coordinate with engineers on cutting-edge preventative maintenance.Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts.
